Christmas & New Years Trading Hours

As we move into the holiday period, the demands on your software and hardware will only increase. It is also the time of year that we look forwards to taking some time off.

It would seem that both are mutually exclusive.

OscarPOS have always taken pride in ourselves, that we are available at all hours of the day & night for prioritised client support.

Although our offices will be closing on December the 24th and reopening on the 4th of January, we have put procedures in place to assess and respond to your needs.

During this period, calling our main number ( 08 9331 3549 ) will take you through an IVR process to help initially assess a response time. Please listen carefully to the prompts as your selections and the choices you make will affect the call routing and handling.

Emails will be periodically checked, but if the matter is urgent please call our main number and follow the IVR prompts.
