WHERE : BOM / Notification Centre


Your OscarPOS Cloud Notification Centre allows you to configure messages that get sent to your customers. As with everything else, you can optionally use CUSTOMER GROUPS to help target specific Customer criteria. You may also have the option to send the notification immediately or to schedule a date / time.

There are two types of messages :

Manual Messages : You can compose these messages in Back Office Management ( BOM ) and then configure Notification Centre to send an email, an SMS or a push notification to the Customer Mobile APP.

Automatic Event Messages : Your Notification Centre supports “event driven” messaging. These messages could be to help your customers resolve lost passwords for their Mobile APP. They can also be updates on the status of a customer order. They could be to help your staff recover a lost POS APP login.
