Using the controls, filters & column headers …

  • Column Name : Click to change the sort order
    • Ascending
    • Descending
  • Legal Entity
  • Act
    • All
    • Production
    • Receiving
    • Return
    • Audit
    • Sale
    • Transfer
    • Write Off
    • Disassemble
    • Refactor
    • Wholesale
    • Egais
  • Location
  • Vendor
  • Period
  • Filter by Inventory Item/Items
  • Archived ( aka Deleted ) Documents

Using the Journal of Documents

The OscarPOS Cloud Journal of Documents allows you to perform various actions on these acts

View : by selecting the NUMBER or NAME. See Acts of Inventory Operations for more information on the different types of inventory documents.

Apply & Unapply  : the accounting transactions associated with this document. See Applying & Unapplying Documents for a detailed discussion on this.

Delete : any Unapplied document except for the type SALE.

Restore : a deleted document from the Archive

Create a New Journal Document

Use the buttons at the top of the list and click the button that that refers to the type of inventory act / action you wish to perform.
