WHERE : POS Application / Menu / Settings / Customer Screen
Where you have an integrated LCD customer display, you can use it for displaying the ITEMs your customer is buying. When you have active PROMOTIONS, they will scroll across the screen, when the POS ORDER screen is not in use.
- Show Screen : If you have attached a second ( or third ) monitor to your POS you can enable this option
- Device for Display : Will usually be 2
- Promo Change Interval ( Sec ) : 10 seconds works well, but adjust to your needs. See the section on marketing / promotional campaigns on how to set these up – make sure you use great images !
- Show Receipt : Play with this, but if you disable this ( and the next two ) you could caste to a larger screen for in store advertising. If you wanted to do both, think about using a simple 2 line display so your customer can see their order in progress.
- Show Discount : as above.
- Show Taxes : as above.
