Promotional Campaigns

This report shows performance of promo campaigns as at the specified date and time. It shows quantity of orders (transactions)  where promo campaigns were applied and total sales (including taxes and tips) which were generated by this promo campaigns.

You can set a date range as well as filter by STORE, export options, and the ability to toggle columns on / off.

Customer Promo History

For each REGISTERED CUSTOMER, this report will detail the PROMOTION NAME/S and the data that has been accumulated.

It will also detail what the CRITERIA ( Trigger Points ) are, the accumulated triggers and when the next ( for example ) “5th Coffee Free” will occur.

You can filter by CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER GROUP, choose an export option, and have the ability to toggle columns on / off.

Manual Points Log

Where you have a PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN that generates LOYALTY POINTS against a CUSTOMER, this report will provide a break down for you.

Where any points earnt have an expiry date, these will be shown as “Burning” with an expiration date.

You can filter by date, date range, EMPLOYEE, CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER GROUP, choose an export option, and have the ability to toggle columns on / off.
