5. Remote Support

To provide a more efficient response, your Support Team have a number of tools available.

Depending on your hardware and operating system, you may be directed to use one of the following.

  • Windows – Anydesk : Will usually be installed as part of the staging and deployment. If prompted by your Support Team, select the LINK and follow their guidance.
  • Windows – Quick Assist : Available in some operating systems. If prompted by your Support Team, follow their guidance.
  • Android – Anydesk : A customised build of Anydesk is required. It cannot just be downloaded form their main website. If prompted by your Support Team, select the LINK and follow their guidance.
  • MAC – Anydesk : If prompted by your Support Team, select the LINK and follow their guidance.
